The History of Ayurveda is believed to have zero side effects and have treated patients with the help of herbal extracts. In other words, we could simply say Ayurveda or the Traditional Indian Medical Science is not just a method to treat your health problems but it is a complete way of life.
Abhyanga – Ayurvedic Full Body Oil Massage

Ayurvedic massage is a unique and special type of massage. The primary focus of this massage is the absorption of medicinal oil into the deeper tissues while it pacifies the excess wind in the body. This massage is applied with continuous strokes and techniques creating a dynamic and rejuvenating experience. It is deeply nourishing while simultaneously assisting the removal of toxins within the gross and subtle bodies. It is highly recommended for jet-lag, exhaustion, insomnia, stiffness, fatigue, circulation disorders, and other wind-related issues.
Nadi Swedana– Herbal Steam Therapy

Nadi Sweda – Fomentation therapy for localized area or all over body. “Nadi” is a tube. Steam is generated and directed through a tube to specific areas of the body. Steam therapy is accompanied with medicinal oil, meant to open the channels allowing for a release of toxins and greater absorption of the medicinal oils to the deeper tissues. Great for inducing flexibility where there is stiffness in the back, sides, waist, frozen joints, muscles and other skeletal disorders. Useful in heaviness and cold of body, paralysis, spondylosis, sciatica, arthritis, bursitis. The therapy is helpful in cases of vata and kapha disorders. Heat therapies often cause an increase in the metabolic rate in the body. The steam passed directly to the various body organs results in excess perspiration from that area and removal of harmful toxins from the body.
Snehana Swedana – Ayurvedic Full Body Oil Massage & Herbal Steam Therapy

Abhyanga massage accompanied with an herbal steam rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit. The combination of warm medicinal oil massaged deeply into the bodily tissues followed by herbal steam therapy makes the body, supple, radiant, and flexible. When we are fatigued by stress, tension, hard work, late nights and exhaustive schedules, our tissues become depleted, dry, weak and constricted; causing pain, inflammation and tired muscles. Removes any blockages of channels of the body, rejuvenates the skin and detoxifies the body. This therapy helps one to recalibrate, refresh and reawaken one’s own innate remembrance of bliss.
Shirodara Third Eye Oil Bath

This incredible therapy is often termed as a “pituitary or pineal gland massage”. It is a unique stress relief treatment allowing the mind and body to deeply relax as the nervous system unwinds. This therapy involves a warm stream of oil to be poured gently and consistently on the “third-eye” point above the eyebrows. It invokes a dream like state, where the master gland is penetrated and nourished so the overall healing mechanisms of the body feel calibrated. It includes a head, and neck massage. Therapeutically it stimulates hair growth, prevents graying, relieves insomnia, eliminates afflictions of the head neck and senses, opens awareness and brings mental clarity, memory loss, poor concentration, chronic headaches, stress, depression, mental tension, hypertension. Abhyanga – Shirodara Package

This treatment combines Ayurvedic therapies to relieve neck and shoulder tension. The therapy begins with Abhyanga massage which uses herbal oils to stimulate the circulation of blood, lymph and prana (energy). This is followed by Shirodara, during which a steady stream of oil is gently poured over the forehead to improve clarity of mind. Leave relaxed and refreshed, with a renewed sense of energy.
Kati Basti – Lower Back Treatment
Duration 60 min – Cost €75
Kati Basti – Localized oil bath for the lower back. This treatment provides stability to the area which has been afflicted by improper movement, pain, spasms, nerve damage, etc. Firstly the lower back is massaged, and after the Steam Therapy (Swedana) a dam-like structure is made from dough and warm medicated oil is poured in, kept for a period of time bringing relief to the base of the spine and surrounding area. This ultimately allows the whole body to unwind and enter into deep layers of relaxation.
Greeva Basti – Neck Treatment

A focused neck treatment to alleviate pain, stiffness. Firstly the back of the neck/shoulder is massaged, and after the Steam Therapy (Swedana) a dam-like structure is made from dough and warm medicated oil is poured in, kept for a period of time bringing relief to the base of the neck area. Benefits: Cervical Spondylosis, Chronic pain in the neck region, Compression fractures, Brachial Plexus, Disc Degeneration, Muscle Pain, Joint Stiffness.
Janu Basti – Knee Treatment
Duration 30 min – Cost €45/knee
The knee joint is called Janu Sandhi in Sanskrit; hence the name Janu Basti is given to the procedure done on knee joints. In this the knee joint is bathed with warm medicated oil. Depending on the condition it can be practiced over both the knee joints or on one knee joint. Benefits: Pacifies aggravated Vata dosha in the knee region Restores the lubricating fluid and maintains integrity of the structures involved in the joint. Protects knee joints from age related changes. Removes stiffness and pain, Increases blood circulation; thus strengthens and nourishes the knee joints. Improves the mobility (knee flexion and knee extension).
Nasya

This treatment is currently unavailable, we look forward to offering it again soon – An effective treatment to enhance the function of all sense organs. It alleviates diseases that are associated with nose, ears, eyes, throat and head, and helps to prevent early graying or loss of hair. Is extremely helpful in treating the upper respiratory catarrh, sinusitis, viral catarrh, migraine, sleep disorder, headache. Nasya is one of the 5 cleansing treatments of Ayurveda as it allows for the elimination of congested toxins in the head and nose. It is a wonderful therapy that brings clarity to the mind, and enlivens all sense organs. The nose is the gateway to which prana or breath enters the body and mind. By administering medicinal oil into this passageway it can relieve headache, tightness in jaw, stiffness of neck, elimination of mucous, improvement of memory, and a whole host of other ailments. It involves using a head, neck, shoulder and face massage followed by a hot towel treatment. Then the prepared nasal drops are poured into both the nostrils.
Petra Pinda Svedanam

In this procedure following a minimum of 30 minute massage we use heated or oil fried leaves of medicinal plants tied in a bolus to provide heat to the pain afflicted joints or body parts (shoulder, neck, lower back) especially in diseases like Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lumbar spondylosis, Cervical spondylosis, musculoskeletal pains, Myalgia.
Ayurvedic Head Massage

Ayurvedic head massage focuses on the head, shoulders, neck the most vulnerable to stress and tension. The head massage includes peace and tranquility and promotes high levels of alertness, concentration and relieving mental strain. The Ayurvedic oils used have properties to cool the brain. It stimulates endorphin release, helping natural pain relief and increasing feelings of wellbeing, reduces stress, and promotes restful sleep.
Padabhyanga – Ayurvedic Kansu Bowl Foot Massage

Stemming from ancient indian medicine, Ayurveda foot massages ( Padabhyanga ) have an ability to heal, revitalize and improve circulation in the entire body. A foot massage can detoxify and stimulate the proper functioning of the vital body organs. This massage can help stimulate circulation of blood, lymph and free flow of prana (vital life force energy). Being a tri-doshic treatment, it is suitable for people of all doshic constitutions whether they are vata, pitta or kapha dominant. 30 minutes in duration, the treatment begins with some relaxing foot and leg moves. Slowly and methodically the toes, feet, ankles and calves are helped to relax. The treatment continues with special moves performed with the small 3-metal Kansa Vatki bowl. The 3 metals used are copper, zinc and tin. Copper is thought to help in reducing pain and inflammation, zinc is thought to help in proper functioning of the immune system and digestion while tin is believed to be helpful in digestion, relieving headaches and insomnia. This is followed by a re-balancing sequence of marma massage (Indian acupressure), which helps to detoxify and balance the body’s energies.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits: sports injuries, fibromyalgia, muscle cramping, plantar fasciitis, chronic lower back pain, sciatica.
Holistic Therapies – Reiki

Reiki is a type of energy healing . Improving the flow of energy around the body, say practitioners, can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing , and reduce other symptoms of illness. I s a therapy often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a patient’s body to facilitate the patient’s process of healing. Reiki heals holistically by balancing energies in the body and promoting natural self-healing. It promotes relaxation, creativity, balance, awareness, positive thinking, and vitality, reduces stress, clears toxins, stimulates natural immunity, releases suppressed feelings, and creates feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Reiki can be used for many ailments like pain reduction, headaches, stomach upsets, back problems, respiratory problems, anxiety, and many more. Heart rate and diastolic blood pressure have decreased significantly in people who received 30 minutes or more of Reiki.
Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy
The Tibetan Singing Bowls are an ancient technology, about 2500 years old. Have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. Chakra Balancing with Tibetan Singing Bowls
