Krisztina was born in Hungary. She is a fully qualified Ayurvedic & Panchakarma Senior Therapist, Holistic Therapist.
She trained in North India under the supervision of the eminent Dr. Arun Sharma. She also trained in Acupressure and Tibetan Massage, the Tibetan Massage Medical Centre Himalayas, India. She has been learning about Marma Therapies as there are many specific treatments for certain conditions.
Krisztina is an experienced Massage Therapist for over nineteen years and she is a trained Hatha Yoga teacher and practises meditation and sound baths. She is a qualified Reiki Master.
She also trained in the treatment found in vedic scriptures of India, which Shamans in indigenous tribes still use today. Krisztina is a sound healer/sound therapist, trained in Kathmandu Center of Healing in Nepal.
She further developed her clinical experience both working at Ayurvedic centres in India and Ireland. Krisztina is also an active member of the Ayurvedic Professionals Association (APA) UK.
Currently, she is studying Amatsu at Daghda Synergy Amatsu Orthopath Academy Seitai Year 2. She is an Amatsu Anma Practitioner Year 1 (Level 4 NOS).

She believes that the aim of Ayurveda is to integrate and balance the body, mind, and spirit. She honored to participate in the daily practice of offering healing work to those who seek it. She provides deeply compassionate and caring attention to all of her clients. Her enthusiasm for complementary therapies means that she never stops trying to improve on her techniques to bring healing to those she treats. She wishes to use her knowledge and experience of Ayurveda by offering personalised treatments to Krisayurveda clients to help maintain and improve their health and quality of life, whilst flourishing their awareness.
The Krisayurveda opened in 2017. and is located in the centre of Sandymount village. It has a family-like atmosphere, harmonious and authentic. A peaceful environment, well-known for its beauty and purity.
Krisztina specialized in various therapies which cater to the needs and requirements of the clients. She believes in quality and delivers only quality services.
Medicated oils and treatment pastes are prepared with ayurvedic herbs recommended according to your own imbalances. Oils and other ingredients used for the treatments are mostly organic. The medicinal plants are grown in India and are offered through Maharishi Ayurveda Products, providing a double control of quality both in India and Europe.
